Can I get in better shape no matter how old I am?

Absolutely, I have had clients in their 80s. There are plenty of exercises that we can do together to improve your overall strength and fitness. Which will likely extend the number of years you have left here on Earth!

 

I have bad habits like smoking and drinking. Do I have to give those up to start an exercise program?

In a perfect world, none of us would have any undesirable habits or any self-destructive behavior. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world. I have trained a number of clients that smoked and drank on a regular basis. Many times they found that their desire to smoke and drink was not as strong once they started experiencing the benefits and the positive feelings of a consistent workout regimen.

 

 

 

I make a very modest living how can I possibly afford a personal fitness trainer?

I’ve always tried to help people who want to help themselves! I will do everything I can to work with even the most limited of budgets to get you started out on a good program. I can also offer you enough ongoing support even if it’s just by the telephone. Hopefully, this can keep you motivated to pursue such a positive lifestyle altering activity!

 

I have hired a trainer in the past and it didn’t work for me then, why should I expect that it will work any different with you?

For the same reason that the Jacksonville Jaguars and the now L.A. Rams fired their previous coaches and hired new coaches. Both of those teams went from 3 or 4 wins last season to 10 or 11 wins this season just by simply changing the coaching staff. Why does Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots win year after year? He has the same set of parameters everybody else does. Whether you’re a Bill Belichick fan or not you have to admit he gets results. All football coaches are not created equally and all personal fitness trainers are not created equally. I have survived in a very competitive industry for more than 30 years and I have excelled because I continue to educate and reinvent myself and continue to learn ways to motivate and inspire my clients.
