Body by Hunter Personal Fitness training rates are intended to accommodate virtually any household budget and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Considering where the training will take place, where your home is located. Do you already have equipment at your house? Or will you need me to help you plan and select the most efficient set up based on the budget you have to work with? Or will I be meeting you at a fitness center in town? If so which fitness center and where is that fitness center located? Once it is determined where we would be training then here are the following options as far as length of term.

During our initial first visit here are the things that will take place. I will set you up all a comprehensive weight training program with the most efficient selection of exercises, sets reps and weight as well as a formula that you will understand as to when you increase the weight.

Many of my clients are busy and on-the-go, so I have to design a menu that works for an on-the-go lifestyle. I have had to do this myself over the years and it’s a very do-able scenario. But all of these factors will be considered during our initial visit or initial phone call if you are an out of area client hiring me just for phone coaching.
